Compensation: $60000.00 to $75000.00 yearly
Robert Half is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our South Vancouver client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, proactive and is a real team player. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing ,workforce planning across North America. This is a newly developed role and there is huge growth opportunity within this organization as it continues to grow and expand.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Implementation of an effective sourcing strategy
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Work with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their positions, teams, and recruitment needs, to build and draft job descriptions and interview guides
- Supporting, researching and engaging in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Onboarding for new employees
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a TA role
- Someone who has a proven track record in sourcing for technical/niche roles
- Motivated, passionate with a professional work ethic
- Someone who is driven, humble and enjoys learning
