Compensation: $60000.00 to $90000.00 yearly
Our Downtown Vancouver client, a major player in the Hospitality Industry are looking for an Investment Analyst for their Real Estate Services group. The ideal candidate for this role is in the process of finishing up or is in possession of their Bachelors of Commerce, with a Real Estate Specialization or similar degree and or education. One or two years of industry experience would be an asset, as would any case competition participation experience, but it is not mandatory. Our client is looking for people who are high performers and wish to continue and or accelerate their growth in the industry though diligence and hard work. What you will be doing:
Work closely with the Manager in M& A transactions, new client proposals and idea generation, preparing financial models and valuation analysis, assisting in drafting confidential information memorandums and other deal related marketing materials
As the ideal Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will have 1+ years of commercial real estate and/or private equity work experience, completion of or progress towards a CFA, CPA, and/or a CBV designation, expert-level financial
