Pioneer Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is looking to add another experienced, motivated person to our team. This is a work from home position, and all training and meetings will take place through Zoom. We are looking to staff somebody from the hours of Saturday - Sunday 8am-6pm (or 7am-7pm). Training will be provided.
Customer service/sales/call centre experience is required. Native-level English is also required. Plumbing and heating knowledge is an asset but not required, as we don't expect somebody to have this already and can be picked up on the job.

Responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls and booking appointments with inbound leads.
- Becoming proficient in our CRM system and company operations.
- Over time, becoming an expert on the services we provide.
- Becoming a confident salesperson, and increasing your conversion rate through sales techniques.
