We are currently looking for outstanding individuals to add to our experienced team at Waterfront Park Veterinary Clinic. Established in January 2020 we are a fast-growing veterinary clinic that thrives off providing the best care possible for our clients.
We pride ourselves on operating a clean and efficient clinic with clear communication between staff and clients. We are in the heart of North Vancouver with a dog park directly across from us. We have high expectations of any new individual joining our team. Prior experience is not required however, it is preferred.
We offer in-house lab work, dental, radiology and have a fully equipped surgical suite for emergencies and routine procedures.
Here is a break down of what we expect from you:
· Customer service. You will be expected to answer a multi-phone phone line and assist clients with questions in a professional manner.
· You will be required to greet our clients with a smile and must be eager to build respectful, professional relationships with the clients
· You MUST be comfortable and proficient on a computer: WE ARE A PAPERLESS CLINIC
· We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, polite and eager.
· Passion for learning and expanding your knowledge while being willing and open to change. The veterinary field is a fast pace ever-changing field where you SHOULD never 'know all'. You must be eager to learn and grow as an individual and as a team.
· Punctuality is a must
· You must be comfortable with dogs (large and small) as well with cats
· You must be willing to work Saturdays/Sundays, this can be discussed at time of the meeting however.
· We are looking to add someone who is eager to be a part of our growing clinic family long term.

COVID-19 considerations:
All clients are required to wear masks, answer COVID-19 question list, be willing to have temperature taken prior to entering building.
We currently only allow one client in the exam room at a time as well.
