We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join an experienced team with the opportunity to put your stamp on the future direction of the company. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years experience to accomplish the following.
Job Relations:
- Responsible to and reports directly to Operations Manager.
- Must work closely with CEO, Operations Manage
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phones and welcome customers to the office
- Performs general clerical tasks
- Organize and maintain
- Provides support to the client and team members as needed
- Aids the General Manager Payroll Service tasks
- Prefer candidate have some knowledge of Payroll Services
- Oversee company systems policy and procedures
- Support communications with client contacts as required; for developing and maintaining good working relationships with all individuals
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and postal mail
- Keep personal work areas clean, neat and efficiently arranged at all times

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
