Agilus is recruiting for a Collections Specialist in the construction industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our client has an office in Langley where they are looking to hire a Credit and Collections Associate permanently to the team. This role is perfect for someone with previous relevant experience, great communication skills, and someone looking to work long term with a company and grow within. This role is dealing directly with other businesses and managing their credit and collections.
A typical day:

• Speak with clients about their overdue payments
• Receive payments and post amounts paid
• Gathering basic credit info and financial status of the clients
• Constantly reviewing credit sources, files, applications, and delinquent accounts

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in credit and collections
• 1 year of experience with business to business collection
• Worked for a large corporation handling large clients
• Finance background in education will be considered an asset
