Elastic Search Engineer – ELK
On behalf of our Client, PROCOM is searching for a ELK Engineer. We are looking for strong talent to help our client create novel, life-changing digital health solutions for their users. You must be creative and work well independently.

Job Details for the ELK Engineer:
- Design and implement an ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, and Kibana) stack search solution
- Create and manage ElasticSearch Clusters on-premise.
- Fine-tune bulk load process
- Provide Elastic Search tuning and optimization
- Well versed with RESTful API
- Communicate findings and new trends with company leadership.
- Contribute to team design discussion with detailed technical information
- Identify strategic solutions and provide risk assessments and recommendations
Mandatory Skills For the ELK Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or other related fields.
- 2/5/10+ years of professional experience in the agile software development lifecycle (staff/senior/lead)
- Expert knowledge with the Elastic Search platform – Ideally 3+ years of experience
- Expert knowledge of ELK
- Experience in building enterprise-grade Elastic Search solution
- Prior experience in upgrading Elastic Search
- Expert knowledge in Java, memory management, fine-tuning, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and with moderate supervision.
- Strong Analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Experience in Splunk is a plus
- Experience in microservices is a plus
