Classification: Financial Analyst
Compensation: $70000.00 to $80000.00 yearly
Our client is a team of executives with vast experience in the M& A market. As an Associate, you will be assisting the team on M& A transactions.
The role will include a wide range of responsibilities on M& A and financing transactions and other initiatives, including:
- Providing support in the execution of transactions, with increasing responsibilities over time
- Preparing client presentations including compiling data and conducting research
- Preparing financial models and valuation analysis
- Assisting in drafting confidential information memorandums and other deal-related marketing materials
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in professional services, accounting, financial analysis, investment banking, corporate development, or other similar roles
- Undergraduate business degree required - Major in Finance or Accounting preferred, with a strong record of academic achievement
- CPA, CFA, or CBV preferred
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects
- Experience in financial modeling, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
