Endpoint Analyst
On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is currently searching for a Endpoint Analyst.
Applicants must be proficient in Spanish and have strong Powershell or MS Graph experience.
The Endpoint Analyst is responsible for operational and project activities that ensure the secure configuration of our desktop, laptop and mobile endpoints at the client side. The analyst will work as part of a larger team to manage, update and remediate operating systems, desktop applications and agents to improve the ease of management, configuration hygiene and vulnerability status of user devices.
This position requires working independently, achieving tight timelines, and collaboration across teams including development, cyber security, cloud infrastructure, server systems, and user services teams.
Endpoint Analyst Job Description:'
- Key participant in our Endpoint Remediation project: performing analysis on discovered vulnerabilities, developing appropriate solutions to remediate, planning the implementation of the solution and executing.
- Working with business stakeholders, site support teams and end users to determine strategies to upgrade, standardize and decommission endpoint software in our environment
- Provide expertise and help to other endpoint projects including: TeamViewer redesign, JAMF redesign, AutoPilot implementation, Printer Queue cleanup
- Develop test plans to ensure that work delivers on the requirements and is compliant with audit needs.
- Define what project success will look like for each individual project.
- Identify and coordinate change needs.
- Production of documentation to support these projects in the form of support guides, knowledge base articles and policies
- Interpret license materials as well as technical use cases to help the project team make informed decisions
- Understand the trends and technology evolutions as it relates to endpoint technology
Endpoint Analyst Mandatory Skills:
- Experience implementing and/or running Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Experience of desktop build technologies including imaging and AutoPilot
- Experience supporting Azure AD environment(s), implementing conditional access
- Experience of application packaging and distribution technologies including SCCM, InTune and JAMF
- Experience implementing or maintaining Group Policy
- Strong scripting capabilities are a must, particularly PowerShell and/or MS Graph
- Experience with ServiceNow strongly desired
- Proficient in basic information security concepts and technologies
- Strong user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including users, managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and ability to manage competing priorities in order to get the job done.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency.
