Receptionist needed for Port Coquitlam office! $20/hour, full time position. Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist in the healthcare industry in Vancouver, British Columbia. We're currently looking to hire a Receptionist for our client's office in Port Coquitlam. This is an ongoing, full time, temporary position starting right away. Great for someone who loves meeting new people, someone who is very organized, and likes making a difference in people's daily lives. A typical day:
- Scheduling clients and greeting them when they arrive
- Screening clients and managing the line up
- Answering the phones, handling filing and faxing
- Ordering office inventory
- Receiving patient drop offs
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Location: Port Coquitlam
- $19/hour, weekly pay, full time hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Ongoing temporary role
