One of our clients in Vancouver is looking for some temporary Reception coverage from April 4th to the 8th. This is a great role for someone looking to gain some experience, on break from school, or just arrived in Canada. A typical day:
- Answering the phones and directing calls
- Greeting incoming clients
- Ordering office supplies
- Data entry and filing
- Handing our security badges and checking people in/out
- Booking meeting rooms and setting them up
- Some Reception or administrative experience
- Able to start on April 4th and work until April 8th
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Full time hours, April 4th to April 8th, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- $19/hour
- Vancouver location
- Access to all of our open administrative roles going forward
- Gain some great experience with one of the big four
