IT Service Support Technician
On behalf of our client, Procom is actively seeking an IT Service Support Technician for a 12-month contract in Delta or Pitt Meadows, BC.
IT Service Support Technician Job Details
- Responsible for providing Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Information Technology support to client's internal associates in person, on the phone, through email or Instant Message, to achieve adherence to corporate service level agreements.
- Primary client support includes, but is not limited to, laptop/desktop hardware and software, video conference equipment, user access, internal application support and mobile devices (scanne, tablet, phone), file and print services.
IT Service Support Technician Mandatory Skills
- 3-5 years of experience performing enterprise level IT and hardware support.
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience - incident, request, change and asset management.
- 3-5 years o experience troubleshooting Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Vehicle / Valid Drivers License to support 3 office locations (Delta, Pitt Meadows, New Westminster)
